   F.I.R.S.T., standing for For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, is an organization with a high ambition: To motivate and inspire today's adolescents to become the future's leaders in science and technology. They do this by engaging kids in mentor-based programs that develop science, engineering, and technology finesse which sparks brilliant innovation. That innovation in turn leads to the encouragement of well-rounded life capabilities such as self-confidence, clear communication, and able leadership.
